David Watson is Executive Chef of the Sheraton on the Park Hotel, Sydney, a position he has held for 15 months. He has a history of appointments in luxury hotels around the world including The Raffles Hotel in Singapore and The Dorchester Hotel in London along with stints in Taipei, Delhi and Bangkok, as well as at Michelin-star restaurants like Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons in Oxford and L’Hostellerie De Levernois in Beaune, France. Prior to arriving in Sydney, David was Executive Chef for The Westin New Delhi and The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa.
